Made stats reporting less verbose in an effort to reduce server hitches at round end
Added a server convar "sv_noroundstats" for server admin to turn off stats reporting if the server is hitching at round end. This shouldn't be necessary since the stats have been made less verbose

Cumulative weapon updates
All weapons now have a new accuracy model which fixes many bugs and provides more intuitive weapon behavior
Weapons now have separate accuracy penalties for jumping, landing, and standing on ladders
All weapons are now more accurate while crouching
Accuracy penalties for movement no longer have a discrete threshold, but scale between crouch move and run speed
All rifles are less accurate while running
Fixed bug that caused the glock to fire ...

Added "startmovie" support for resolutions above 2048x2048

Free to Play brought a huge influx of new users to Team Fortress. To help server counts scale up to match the demand, we are reworking the dedicated server for performance. We want to improve player responsiveness as well as to reduce CPU usage so that hosts can run more servers per physical server.
Some of those changes addressing CPU usage went out last night. Server operators should see a big decrease ...
